Directions
Skin + Digestion: Take 1 tablet at breakfast and 1 tablet at lunch with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Avoid taking at night as it may disrupt sleep.
WARNINGS:
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
- WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
- WARNING - Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
- Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
- Contains sulfites.
- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.
