Please read these Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully before subscribing to JSHealth Vitamins supplement and wellness product delivery service. By placing a subscription order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all subscription plans offered on our website, including any free trial or introductory offer periods. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not subscribe to our service. JSHealth Vitamins are not liable for any costs incurred for subscription orders processed in line with the agreed subscription schedule while the subscription remains active.
1. Subscription Services
By purchasing a subscription through JSHealth Vitamins' website, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your selected product/s in accordance with the subscription duration, quantity and delivery frequency selected at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew and continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Our subscription service is subject to product availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide you with the option to select an appropriate alternative or cancel your order.
1.1 Eligibility. To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a country to which we offer subscription order delivery. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a subscription where eligibility requirements are not met.
1.2 Subscription Plans. We offer a range of subscription plans, which may include monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual billing frequencies. Details of available plans, including pricing and included products, are set out on our website. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue any subscription plan at any time with reasonable prior notice.
1.3 Free Trials and Introductory Offers. Where we offer a free trial or discounted introductory period, the terms of that offer will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial or introductory period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid / full cost subscription at the standard rate applicable to your chosen plan.
1.4 Product Personalisation. Where our service includes a personalised product recommendation (including via an online health questionnaire), such recommendations are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. We recommend that you consult a qualified health professional before commencing any supplement regimen.
2. Payment Authorisation and Billing
2.1 By establishing a subscription, you:

Authorise us to securely store your payment details in accordance with applicable data protection and security standards.

Authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring order on the agreed billing schedule.

Acknowledge that charges will be processed at the frequency selected at the time of purchase unless and until your subscription is modified or cancelled.
2.2 If a payment fails, we reserve the right to retry the payment and/or suspend or cancel the subscription until payment is successfully processed. We will notify you of any failed payment as soon as reasonably practicable.
2.3 Subscription prices are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the subscription following a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
2.4 Billing. Our billing date will remain consistent with the date of your original sign-up.
2.5 Subscription Discounts. Where a subscription discount has been applied to your plan (including loyalty discounts or promotional codes), such discounts apply only to the first subscription order and billing frequency in place at the time the discount was applied. Discounts cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify discount offers at any time without affecting any discount already applied to an active subscription. Only 1 discount code can be used per order at one time.
3. Subscription Management
3.1 Subscription accounts, delivery schedules, and orders are designed to be fully self-managed through the online customer portal available on our website.
3.2 Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including billing and delivery details. Guidance on managing your subscription is available through our Customer Help Centre.
3.3 You may update your product selection, delivery address, or billing information at any time through the customer portal, subject to order processing deadlines outlined in Section 4.
3.4 Pausing Your Subscription. Where our platform supports it, you may be able to pause your subscription for a period of your choosing in allowance with your delivery schedule at the time. This can be done via the aforementioned customer portal. During a pause, no charges will be processed and no orders will be dispatched. At the end of the pause period, your subscription will automatically resume on the next scheduled billing date unless you cancel or extend the pause in accordance with these Terms.
4. Changes and Cancellations
4.1 You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the processing of your next scheduled order.
4.2 Once an order has been processed in accordance with your selected delivery schedule, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders that have already been processed will be fulfilled and are subject to our standard Returns and Refund Policy.
4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that any changes or cancellations are completed before the applicable order processing date. We recommend logging in to your customer portal well in advance of your scheduled billing date to make any required changes.
4.4 Skipping an Order. Where available, you may skip an individual delivery via your customer portal. To skip an order, the skip request must be submitted before the applicable order processing deadline for that delivery. We cannot retrospectively skip an order that has already entered processing.
5. Delivery
5.1 Deliveries will be made to the address specified in your subscription account. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
5.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays and adverse weather. We will endeavour to notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Processed orders are subject to our standard Returns and Refund Policy, available on our website. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Support Team within 14 days of receipt.
6.2 For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened vitamin or supplement products unless they are faulty or not as described.
7. Health and Safety Disclaimer
7.1 Our product/s are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
7.2 You should consult a qualified health professional before commencing use of any supplement, particularly if you are taking medication, or have an existing medical condition.
7.3 Keep all products out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless directed by a healthcare professional.
7.4 Our supplementation is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless otherwise stated.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
8.1 We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Your payment details are stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection and payment security standards.
8.2 By subscribing, you consent to receiving transactional communications related to your subscription, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and billing updates.
8.3 Marketing Communications. Where you have opted in to receive marketing communications at the time of subscription or subsequently, we may send you promotional emails, product updates, wellness content, and special offers. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Please note that withdrawing consent for marketing communications does not affect the delivery of transactional communications related to your active subscription.
8.4 Health Data. Where you complete a health or wellness questionnaire as part of our personalisation service, we may collect and process health-related information you choose to provide. This information is used solely to personalise your product recommendations and improve our service. We will handle any such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. You are not required to provide health information to use our subscription service.
9. Loyalty Program
Where we operate a loyalty program, participation is subject to the specific terms of that program as published on our website. In general, the following conditions apply:

Loyalty points or credits are awarded on qualifying purchases and can be redeemed against future subscription orders in accordance with the program terms.

Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and will expire after 1 year.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our subscription service or products.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to limit, exclude or modify):

any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty, the exclusion of which from these Terms would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Terms to be void; or

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any updates or amendments via email or through the customer portal. Your continued subscription following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes arising from your subscription will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
