Mood + Emotional Balance contains Saffron (affron®), a well-known spice with a long history of use, particularly to support healthy mood balance.

It decreases and relieves the symptoms of stress, mild anxiety, nervous tension and unrest. Additionally, Saffron helps reduce the occurrence of symptoms of mild anxiety. Saffron aids mind relaxation, and calms the mind and nerves. It also relieves disturbed and restless sleep, supports healthy sleeping patterns, and enhances sleep quality and deep sleep.

The JSHealth Mood + Emotional Balance formula contains Saffron.

Active ingredients per film coated tablet:

Crocus sativus extract dry 13.5 mg, from stigma dry 45 mg (from affron® 15 mg).

Vegan formula. Does not contain crustacea, egg, fish, milk, peanut, sesame, soy, tree nut or animal products, or artificial colours.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet with water twice daily, after food, or as directed by your health professional. 

WARNINGS:

• Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Not to be used in children under 12 years.
• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
