Hair + Energy: Take 1 capsule per day with breakfast, or as directed by your health professional. We strongly advise taking this vitamin on a full stomach. The maximum dosage is 1 hard capsule daily.

WARNINGS:

• Do not use if cap seal is broken.
• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
• May contain traces of crustacea (shellfish) and fish, as kelp is a seaweed which may have come in contact with fish and crustacea in the ocean. 
• We advise you do not take both Hair + Energy and Hair + Libido vitamins at the same time, due to the dose of Iodine. Please choose one or the other, as they are the exact same base formula.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a thyroid condition, please consult a health professional before use.

Our dose of Iodine:

The 275 microgram dose of Iodine (sourced from kelp) in our Hair + Energy supplement is at a specific dose, which is higher than the Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) level of 150 micrograms for men and women above 19 years of age. However it is well below the Australian upper level of intake (UL) of 1,100 micrograms.
 

Skin + Digestion: Adults, take 1 tablet with water twice daily, after food, or as directed by your health professional.

• WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
   
• WARNING - Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
   
• Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
   
• Contains sulfites.
   
• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
   
• Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.

Vitality X + Collagen: Shake container before use. Adults, mix 6 g of powder (1 level scoop) with water, stir well and consume immediately. Take once daily.

To support liver health, mix 6 g of powder (1 level scoop) with water, stir well and consume immediately. Take twice daily. Do not exceed a maximum of 18 g (3 level scoops) per day.

Please note that due to the Vitamin C in this product, it is recommended for cold use and not to be heated.

This product does not need to be refrigerated.

Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid which occurs naturally in protein and can be of concern to Phenylketoneurics. Galactose is a monosaccharide sugar naturally occurring in Aloe vera.
