Adults, take 1 tablet with water once daily, in the morning with breakfast, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 tablets per day.

• WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains Vitamin B6].
• This medicine contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. 
• Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant. 
• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.
