Vitality X + Collagen: Shake container before use. Adults, mix 6 g of powder (1 level scoop) with water, stir well and consume immediately. Take once daily.

To support liver health, mix 6 g of powder (1 level scoop) with water, stir well and consume immediately. Take twice daily. Do not exceed a maximum of 18 g (3 level scoops) per day.

Please note that due to the Vitamin C in this product, it is recommended for cold use and not to be heated.
