Is this bar vegan?
No, the Nourish + Glow Beauty Bar (Peanut Butter Crunch) is not vegan as it contains Marine Collagen which comes from fish.

If you are looking for a vegan-friendly bar, the other two flavours are for you! These are the Nourish + Digestion Protein Bar (Cinnamon Spice) and the Nourish + Energise Protein Bar (Double Choc Chip). 

Please note that while both the Nourish + Energise Protein Bar (Double Choc Chip) and the Nourish + Digestion Protein Bar (Cinnamon Spice) are technically vegan and contain 100% vegan ingredients, due to the manufacturing facility it’s made on, they may contain traces of dairy, egg and crustaceans. Please be mindful of this if you have an allergy.

• Vegan protein blend - We use a combination of pea and pumpkin seed protein. Never whey or soy protein!

• Pure Marine Collagen peptides - This bar includes the age-defying and glow-boosting benefits of Marine Collagen for inside-out beauty.

• Gut-loving probiotics - Each bar is infused with the benefits of Lactobacillus rhamnosus, a probiotic strain to support digestive health.  

• Quality fats - We use extra virgin olive oil as it contains powerful antioxidants with anti-inflammatory benefits - you won't find any cheap vegetable oils in our bars! 

• Low sugar / date-free recipe - We love dates, they are a fabulous naturally sweet wholefood. However, to keep the sugar levels to under 6g per bar, we chose not to include them.

• We made our own peanut butter - We adore peanut butter on just about everything! But not the regular kind that's filled with added vegetable oils, salt and sugar. That's why we decided to make our very own peanut butter to create these bars with. It contains just pure peanuts!

• Helps to replenish the good bacteria in the gut microbiome, supports digestive system function, healthy bowel function and regularity.

• Helps to regulate bowel motions, increase satiety and support healthy cholesterol levels. 

• Marine Collagen

• Supports collagen formation, plus skin hydration and elasticity. Marine Collagen has advantages over other animal sources, as it is better absorbed due to a low weight and minimal contaminants.

The Nourish + Glow Beauty Bar contains the purest hydrolysed Marine Collagen powder available. JSHealth Marine Collagen is:

• Activated through the hydrolysation process, resulting in increased bioavailability of collagen peptides and their amino acids.

• 100% pure, natural fish-derived Marine Collagen peptides from wild cod skin.
