JSHealth Vitamins x Koala Eco Giveaway T&C's

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promoter is JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd and Koala Eco.

3. The competition JSHealth Vitamins X Koala Eco Giveaway will start at 7am PST Monday May 5 2025 and end at 12:00am PST Tuesday May 13 2025.  The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email on or around May 20, 2025.

4. JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd standardly conducts one type of competition, game of chance. In the case of game of chance, winners are based on random selection.

5. Entry is open to residents of Australia and the USA, aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.

6. To enter, entrants must submit their email and phone number into the lead generation form hosted on either the Meta Business Suite, website pop-up, or website landing page during the open period. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Entrants hereby give consent to marketing from JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd and Koala Eco, inline with email and SMS T+Cs, at the time the winner is drawn or entries will be disqualified.

7. There will be one winner drawn between all entries. The winners drawn from all eligible entries will win a prize consisting of: 

  • JSHealth Vitamins Voucher for $250 (issued in the winner’s local currency, either AUD or USD).

  • Koala Eco Voucher for $250  (issued in the winner’s local currency, either AUD or USD).

Arrangements for delivery of the prize will be made after winner validation at no cost to the winner.  Redemption of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including those specified on the voucher. The voucher may only be used on any items displayed for online purchase at JSHealth Vitamins Store. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, and the issuer will not replace any lost or stolen prize. The prize is not transferable or capable of exchange. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. The issuer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value and/or specification.

JSHealth Vitamins gift cards are valid until the expiry date specified on the gift card or by the gift card provider. The gift card is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter will not be responsible for any gift voucher that is lost or stolen.

8. Promotion commences and closes on the dates shown above. Only the winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days or the prize may be re-allocated. Relocation will be based on remaining competition entrants. The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of being notified via email. To claim the prize, the winner must reply to the email stating where they would like the prize to be delivered to. The delivery location must be within the eligible locations within Australia or the Continental US, and cannot reside within the list of exclusion locations. If the winner does not claim the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, it automatically forfeits any right to claim a prize. If this occurs, a replacement winner will be randomly selected in a similar manner to that prescribed in these Terms and Conditions. A maximum of one prize re-draw will take place.

There are no rounds of elimination in drawing the winner.

9. JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd reserves the right to obtain entry data and share with Koala Eco. JSHealth Vitamins will clearly specify this for privacy reasons.

10. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. All competition entrants must reside in the countries eligible for entry. Winners entering from outside these countries will be disqualified.

12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify an entry or entrant and may disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in various forms, and each entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. The promoter may share the entry details with the prize provider.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.

15. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury or illness in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize. 

16. Release:  In exchange for the right to participate in the competition, each entrant agree to release and hold harmless the promoters and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.  Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, network connections or incomplete or delayed computer transmissions, regardless of cause.  All entrants understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state, territory, or country that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived.  All participating entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”  The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.

16. Prizes can only be sent to addresses in the countries eligible.

17. These Terms + Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd competition and may be updated from time to time.

This competition is open to legal Australian (excluding Australian Capital Territory) residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoters, and their relatives, are ineligible to enter the Competition.”
