Wellness Diaries: Turia Pitt
We recently caught up with Turia Pitt for our Wellness Diaries.
Turia is such a source of inspiration for us at JSHealth Vitamins. She’s overcome such adversity and has a huge zest for life! Turia was caught in a grassfire while competing in a 100 km ultramarathon in 2011, suffering full thickness burns to 65% of her body.
Since then, she’s become one of Australia’s most admired and widely recognised people, going on to become a best-selling author, a two-time Ironman and a humanitarian.
Here’s a snapshot into her day and what wellness means to her!
“Wellness to me is spending time with people I love. Making sure I’m getting some exercise and fresh air. Making sure I’m eating good, healthy food and probably most importantly - making sure I’m not too stressed!
I love running… It’s a little bit of me time, a little bit of mental clarity and it just makes me feel good.”
