Jess' Raspberry Protein Smoothie

Sip your way to satisfaction and lasting energy with our Founder, Jess' favourite protein smoothie. 

This creamy concoction stars fibre-rich bananas and raspberries, plus a scoop of Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics for a delicious hit of protein and collagen. Swirl in peanut butter for a dose of healthy fats along with ground flaxseeds and cinnamon for an added boost of flavour and fibre… in one berry dreamy delight. 

Our tips for a deliciously balanced smoothie:

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen 
  • 1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, omit for nut-free
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice

Method:

Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
