Choc Top Yoghurt Cups

We have been seeing these choc top yoghurt cups everywhere so we thought it was time to give them a go! 


The verdict? A very easy snack to make and keep stored in the fridge. We added a serving of our Protein + Probiotics to amp up the protein content and help support stable blood sugar levels. 


Out tips: don’t make your chocolate too thick or it won’t crack. We also think this would be yummy with some extra nuts mixed into the yoghurt mix for texture or some frozen raspberries. Yum!!

Ingredients: 


Method 

  1. Combine the yoghurt, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth. Taste and check the balance. You may want a little more cinnamon or maple syrup! 
  2. Divide the yoghurt mixture between 4 containers or bowls. Pour the melted chocolate over the top, followed by the chopped peanuts. Place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 20 minutes. 
  3. Crack the choc top and serve. Keep stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
