Menopause+: Take 2 tablets with water daily, in the morning, after food, or as directed by your health professional. The maximum dosage is 2 tablets daily.

WARNINGS:

• Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
• Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.
• Warning: In very rare cases - black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes - dark urine - nausea - vomiting - unusual tiredness - weakness - stomach or abdominal pain - and/or loss of appetite - you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
• Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
• Contains sulfites.
• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.

Mood + Emotional Balance: Take 1 tablet with water, twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
