The JSHealth Hair + Energy for Men formula contains two forms of Kelp, as well as Zinc, Ginkgo Biloba and Siberian Ginseng.
Active ingredients per film coated tablet:
Fucus vesiculosus ext. dry conc. 50 mg from dry whole plant 1 g,
equiv. Iodine 10 micrograms;
Ascophyllum nodosum herb powder 211.1 mg,
equiv. to Iodine 190 micrograms;
Total Iodine 200 micrograms;
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5 mg;
Zinc amino acid chelate 50 mg,
equiv. Zinc 10 mg;
Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) ext. dry conc. 150 mg,
from dry root 3 g;
Ginkgo biloba ext. dry conc. 120 mg from minimum dry leaf 5.4 g,
stand. to Ginkgo flavonglycosides 28.8 mg.

Adults, take 1 tablet once daily, with water, after breakfast or as directed by your health professional. The maximum dosage is 1 hard tablet daily.
We strongly advise taking this vitamin on a full stomach.
WARNINGS:
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
- Contains sulfites, crustacea, mollusc and fish. Traces of crustacea, mollusc and fish are possible through exposure of Fucus vesiculosus and Ascophyllum nodosum in the marine environment.
- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.
- We advise you do not take both Hair + Energy for Men and Hair + Libido vitamins at the same time, due to the dose of Iodine. Please choose one or the other, as they are the exact same base formula.
Our dose of Iodine:
The 200 microgram dose of Iodine (sourced from kelp) in our Hair + Energy supplement is at a specific dose, which is higher than the Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) level of 150 micrograms for men and women above 19 years of age. However it is well below the Australian upper level of intake (UL) of 300mcg, which is the highest average daily intake at which no adverse health effects are seen in almost all individuals.

Hair + Energy For Men is our signature blend of hair supporting nutrients, enhanced with herbs selected with males in mind. It contains Iodine from two quality kelp materials, combined with Zinc, Iodine and Riboflavin support hair growth and health, when dietary intake is inadequate. Riboflavin also supports energy levels , when dietary intake is inadequate. Zinc supports hair thickness, testosterone levels and reproductive system health in males. Additionally, Ginkgo supports healthy blood circulation, while Siberian Ginseng supports physical stamina, energy levels and metal clarity.

The ingredients are vegan, however our Hair + Energy formula may contain crustacea, fish and mollusc. This is due to the fact that it is made from a plant-based substance (Kelp) which may have come in contact with fish and crustacea in the ocean.
