Active ingredients per capsule:
Berbevis® Berberis aristata ext. dry conc 606.45 mg, derived from minimum dried root 11.22 g, standardised to Berberine 188 mg;
Chromium picolinate 201 micrograms, equiv. to Chromium 25 micrograms.

Does not contain: Crustacea, egg, fish, milk, peanut, sesame, tree nut or animal products, or artificial colours.

Adults, take 1 capsule, twice daily, with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
WARNINGS:

- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

- Berberine may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation in some individuals. If you experience any of these symptoms discontinue use immediately.
