1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promoter is JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd

3. The competition JSHealth Vitamins x RXV Thailand Retreat Giveaway campaign period will start at 4am AEST April 9 2026 and end at 11am AEST May 1 2026. The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email on or around May 15 2026.

4. JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd standardly conducts one type of competition, game of chance. In the case of game of chance, winners are based on random selection.

5. Entry is open to legal residents and citizens of Australia, New Zealand, forty-seven USA states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island and wherever else prohibited by law), UK and Europe. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who are employees or agents of the Promoters, its respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, or subsidiaries; (b) individuals engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of this competition; or (d) officers of, employees of, persons in the immediate family of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Promoters’ decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

To enter, entrants must purchase any item from the website jshealthvitamins.com during the campaign period, or to enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten entry including your name, address, phone number, and email address to: 11150 Santa Monica Blvd. Ste 460 Los Angeles, CA 90025 during the campaign period. Limit one entry per envelope.

Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Entrants hereby give consent to marketing from JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd and RXV Wellness Village.

7. The one winner drawn from all eligible entries will win a prize consisting of:

$1,800 AUD to help cover flight price
$1,500 AUD JSHealth Vitamins Voucher
Approx. $2,000 AUD treatment voucher (in local THB currency)
5 day personalised wellness program at RXV valued at approximately $5,400 AUD

TOTAL VALUE: Approximately $10,700 AUD

Arrangements for delivery of the prize will be made after winner validation. Redemption of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including those specified on the voucher. The JSHealth Vitamins voucher may only be used on any items displayed for online purchase at JSHealth Vitamins Store. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, and the issuer will not replace any lost or stolen prize. The prize is not transferable or capable of exchange. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. The issuer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value and/or specification.

JSHealth Vitamins and partner gift cards are valid until the expiry date specified on the gift card or by the gift card provider. The gift card is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter will not be responsible for any gift voucher that is lost or stolen.

8. Promotion commences and closes on the dates shown above. Only the winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days or the prize may be re-allocated. Relocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.

9. JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd reserves the right to obtain entry data. JSHealth Vitamins will clearly specify this for privacy reasons.

10. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. All competition entrants must reside in the countries eligible for entry. Winners entering from outside these countries will be disqualified.

12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify an entry or entrant and may disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter and relevant third parties including RXV Wellness Village may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in various forms, and each entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. The promoter may share the entry details with the prize provider.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.

15. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury or illness in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize. The winner will be required to take out their own travel insurance for the use of, or participation in, the prize.

16. Prizes can only be sent to addresses in the countries eligible.

18. These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a JSHealth Vitamins Pty Ltd competition and may be updated from time to time.

Voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit
Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date, shortening the stay, or early departure will result in the forfeiture of the full package.
Any add-on or upgraded treatments will charge to guest’s own account with published prices.
Supplementary charge per room per night will apply to room upgrade.
Flights are not included in the package
