We’ve put together our must-try blends for you. They all follow the same method - simply place all ingredients in your blender and combine until creamy and smooth. It couldn’t be easier to enjoy a protein-rich, satiating breakfast or snack option that’s ready in under 5 minutes!
Here are the delicious combinations:
Raspberry PB Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, omit for nut-free
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
Creamy Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 mango
- 1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
Blueberry & Almond Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 banana, ripe
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 serve JSHealth Collagen Creamer, optional
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Mocha Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 4 ice cubes

Ingredients:
