Formulated specifically with real ingredients and no hidden sugars or additives, each Nourish Bar provides a macronutrient profile with enough protein and fibre to support satiety and steady energy levels.

Our bars are technically gluten and dairy free. All 4 varieties are made with non-dairy, non-gluten containing ingredients, however due to shared manufacturing facilities they may contain traces of milk, egg, gluten and crustaceans, which we advise people with an allergy to be aware of. 3 of our 4 flavours are made with vegan-friendly ingredients, with our Peanut Butter Crunch beauty bar being the exception as it contains marine collagen from fish.

• Vegan protein blend: Pea protein for a highly-satiating 10 g serve per bar. Never whey or soy protein!
• Gut-loving probiotics: Each bar is infused with the benefits of 1 billion CFU probiotics (Lactobacillus rhamnosus) - this strain is backed by scientific evidence to support digestive health. 
• Quality fats: We use coconut oil to bind the wholefood ingredients. You won't find any cheap vegetable oils in our bars!
• Amazing texture: Finally - a protein bar without a dry or chalky texture! Our bars are soft, chewy and (thanks to their wholefood ingredients) have the perfect amount of crunch. 
• Low sugar / date-free recipe: We love dates - they are a fabulous naturally sweet wholefood. However, to keep the sugar levels to under 4.2 g per bar, we chose not to include them. 
• 4 unique varieties: Each with its own health and beauty benefits, plus delicious flavour options.
• We made our own peanut butter: We adore peanut butter on just about everything! But not the regular kind that's filled with added vegetable oils, salt and sugar. That's why we decided to make our very own peanut butter to create these bars with. It contains just pure peanuts!
