🍨 Vanilla Bean Protein Smoothie

This antioxidant-rich smoothie is creamy, fruity and packed full of protein. The hint of vanilla makes it an extra delicious way to start the day!

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein, or vanilla protein of choice
½ frozen banana
½ cup (80g) frozen blueberries
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup (250ml) almond milk, or milk of choice

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until combined.

🍫 Choc Brownie Protein Smoothie

A protein-rich smoothie that tastes like a chocolate brownie? Yes please! This smoothie is ready in a flash, and will leave you feeling energised all morning.

Ingredients 

1 serve JSHealth Choc Brownie Protein, or chocolate protein of choice
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice cubes
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup (250ml) almond milk, or milk of choice
1 tbsp peanut butter, or nut butter of choice
1 tbsp cacao powder

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until combined.
