Place them next to your breakfast. Put your vitamins next to your oats or carton of eggs. Pick a spot that will be visible every morning, so you can’t forget to take them!
Keep them in your handbag or on your desk. This way there’s no excuse - they’re with you at all times!
Take vitamins with your meals. The more you do this, the more you’ll associate the two and won’t forget!
Use a pill-organising container. At the start of each week, sort your supplements into the container’s individual compartments. This way, all your daily vitamins will be right there, ready to swallow, and you won’t have to open each individual bottle. We love the simple life! #LazyGirlProblems
Purchase another bottle. How many times have you left your vitamins at home, only to realise you’ll be out for the rest of the day? A great tip is to keep one bottle at home, and another on your desk or in your handbag. Vitamin inundation, we love it!
Have someone remind you. Ask your partner, friend or parent to send you a little message every day. If they take supplements too, you can remind each other. There’s nothing like having an accountability coach!
Pack your vits with your lunch. If you pack your lunch the night before or in the morning before you head off for the day, just pop your vitamins in a small container in your lunch box. This way, they’ll be right in front of you so you can take one when you’ve finished eating. Who needs dessert?!
